Return Policy

All products from Rise & Print Printing Company are made-to-order, therefore refunds will not be provided. We will remake or exchange an item given the following circumstances:

  • The item received is defective.
  • The item received was damaged due to improper packaging during shipping.
  • An incorrect item was received.

Rise & Print Printing Company will not replace items that are damaged due to not following the provided care instructions or spelling or design errors on the part of the customer. 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at riseprintco@gmail.com. Please include your order number in the subject of the email.

If your return is accepted, all packaging and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless Rise & Print Printing Company was at fault for any reason. Rise & Print Printing Company will cover the replacement if applicable. Items that are sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please allow up to 10 business days from the time of order for your product to be delivered. For custom bulk orders, please allow up to 14 days. For custom orders, Rise & Print Printing Company is not responsible for customer delays in communication or failure to finalize a design, which could hold up production and final delivery timelines.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on sale items, clearance or gift cards.
